Well we are half way through our summer break and July has been awesome! We started it off with Lincolns birthday party (I will blog that separately), plus we have had lots of dates to Heritage park, calaway park, we visited the zoo and the new granary road. In between those fun outings we have enjoyed the park, splash park and gardening! Besides all that fun we managed to squeeze a week into visiting waterton and staying in southern Alberta for a family reunion/50th anniversary celebration for Andrews parents, plus camping! It was so much fun! It was awesome for the kids to see their cousins they don't normally get to see and for Andrew and I to catch up with some of his brothers. A lot of Andrews siblings could not make it out to the reunion but we still had a nice time and the kids had a blast! we rented a big airbnb home that could fit us all and we played some games and did some activities while we were there! All of it was fun but our highlights were paddle boarding and horse back riding! Lincoln did both things all by him self and we were so proud, Autumn and Ryder loved getting rides from Uncle Jared and their big cousins on the paddle board as well! I even tried it...not because I wanted to, Andrew and Jared made, I was worried I would fall in but it actually was a lot of fun! It was fun being out of the city and staying in such a remote location, the kids definitely built lots of memories this summer.
